The Ask

NexJ Systems approached Finch Media looking to conduct a media relations campaign around the launch of a new CRM software targeted to wealth managers. The goal of the campaign was to increase awareness and drive sales of NexJ’s software among decision-makers at wealth management companies under 1,000 employees.

The project involved building a targeted media list, crafting pitches, editing press releases and engaging in media relations outreach. Finch Media also developed original thought leadership pieces on behalf of NexJ’s spokespeople in order to tie the product to current events or conversations in the media.

Results

The public relations and media relations campaign resulted in NexJ receiving earned media coverage across North America in titles like, Financial Advisor Magazine, CRM Buyer and Canadian SME, establishing NexJ Systems as thought leaders in intelligent customer relationship management.

Finch Media also secured feature interview opportunities with Stockhouse, Canada’s premier financial portal and one of North America’s largest small-cap investor communities, on the benefits of intelligent CRM.

Overall, the campaign resulted in +27 million impressions.
