Below are the survey highlights from Finch Media’s recent survey “A.I. and Communications – Game Changer or Major Pain?”.
We conducted this survey to better understand the interests and concerns shaping conversations around A.I. and communications, drawing on our ongoing work with organizations navigating these changes. This report summarizes the key findings from the responses.
Overall, the A.I. and communications survey results show that even though most organizations are using A.I., respondents have concerns around it and believe ethical guidelines are critical. However, most organizations do not have formal guidelines and/or policies in place or formal A.I. training for their teams. Trust in A.I. continues to be a major concern for most respondents.
